Of a million Dyson heaters sold around the world, a small number are known to have short-circuited, leading to burned and melted internal parts. There have been no instances of injury or property damage, but safety is our first priority.

That's why we’re recalling all machines and implementing an engineering fix in each one. The fix is free (including shipping and handling), and we've made it as easy as possible for you. Here's what will happen:

Registration and Shipping
Please register your machine here. You can then bring your machine to your local The UPS Store® where they will pack and ship your machine to Dyson free of charge.

Return, Fix and Service
Once we've received your heater, we'll fix it and also give it a free full service and clean.

Return and Warranty
We'll deliver it back to you, along with a new 2 year warranty covering parts and labor.
