We’re recalling all AM04 and AM05 heaters due to a potential safety issue. Out of a million heaters sold worldwide, we know of a small number that have short-circuited resulting in a small fire contained within the machine. There have been no instances of injury or property damage, but safety is our first priority.

That's why we’re recalling all machines and implementing an engineering fix in each one.

The fix is free (including postage), and we've made it as easy as possible for you. Here's what will happen:

Registration
There are just three simple steps on this website to register your heater for the fix.

Return, fix and service.
We'll send you a box, once the machine is packed up it should be dropped at your local Australia post office using the address details supplied for return. We’ll also give it a free full service and clean.

Return and guarantee
We’ll return the machine to you, along with a new 2 year guarantee covering parts and labour.
